STEP 2: PRE-PROJECT

Tell us your needs and within 2 weeks. Our architect will present you with a first proposal. Once the necessary meetings have been held to finalise the preliminary project for your house, we will carry out an economic study of the turnkey construction.

STEP 3: IMPLEMENTATION

Contracting the construction of your tailor-made house, with a fixed budget and deadlines. Our architect is in charge of the projects (Basic and Execution). Once the licence has been obtained, we start the construction process.

If your land is urban or developable, it is possible to finance it thanks to the fact that our houses are considered real estate, as they are built on the ground and have a concrete foundation, thus complying with the technical building code: you can generate a project and obtain the corresponding municipal licence. The necessary guarantee for a bank is that it can be properly registered in the land register.
