Our management process is very simple
- 1. In a first interview we will collect the necessary data to give you a personalised and detailed quotation.
- 2. Accepted the budget we will dedicate the necessary time with your collaboration to the design of your house.
- 3. We will then draw up and endorse the project in order to apply for the building permit at the corresponding town hall.
- 4. Once the building permit has been granted, we will start the construction, which will take approximately 9 months, depending on the type of house.
- 5. You will always be able to see the actual progress at any time.
- 6. Payment will be made on the basis of the contract (collection of materials) and certification according to the work carried out, and once the work has been completed, the certificate of occupancy will be requested and the keys will be handed over.
